The Principality of Scotia is a progressive new country project or micronation built on the foundation that it will one day become a country in its own right, by obtaining land peacefully and gaining citizens and creating a haven for its residence.

The Principality of Scotia, which was formed on 3rd October 2004 is a vibrant new country project/micronation that believes in ‘Peace, Justice and Prosperity’ and sees itself as a beacon for equality and diversity, rich in culture with a vision for the future that is an established environmentally friendly and peaceful nation, where the citizens are truly represented and treated with the respect they deserve.

Scotia is a blank canvas for its citizens to paint, shape and mould the future outcome of what’s hopefully to be a great nation.
